Overview
Who are we?
Established in late 1999 the Micah Network has grown into a world-wide group of 300 evangelical Christian relief, development and justice agencies. The activities of the network are coordinated by the Micah Network Executive Committee and Global Co-ordinating Group.
What is our aim?
Our aims involve helping each other to meet the needs of the poor and oppressed through what we call Integral Mission, and to encourage the wider church in its God-given responsibility to demonstrate God's love for the poor.
What do we do?
Regional and international workshops designed to strengthen the capacity and understanding of members are held on a regular basis. Larger international consultations provide an opportunity to address major international issues. From time to time the network also facilitates international advocacy campaigns. Information sharing between members is also encouraged through the facilities of this website.
How can I get involved?
Membership is open to agencies and churches that share our values and aspirations. Associate membership is available on the same conditions to interested individuals, networks, theological colleges and seminaries.
